摘 要:登陆点比选及接线规划是海峡通道平面线位设计中的关键技术,是跨海通道与铁路网连接的控制性因素。恰当的登陆点及接线规划可以促进沿线城市的发展,提高客货运输效率和运输服务质量,降低建设工程投资及客货运输成本,使跨海通道运输能力及经济效益最大化。基于渤海海峡跨海通道两侧既有铁路网现状和规划情况的调研,结合交通运输模式,提出大连端的登陆点为旅顺老铁山角,烟台端可行的登陆点为烽火台或东港,并给出了渤海海峡跨海通道两端的铁路接线规划建议。研究结论对渤海海峡跨海通道平面线位确定具有一定的参考价值。The compared options of landing sites and the planning of railway connection are the key tech-nologies in the planar line design of cross-sea channel. They are controlling factors connecting cross-sea channel with railway network. Proper landing sites and railway connection planning can promote the development of the city,improve transport efficiency and transport service quality,reduce the construction investment and transpor-tation cost,make the cross-sea channel transport capacity and economic benefit maximization. Based on the in-vestigation and study on the current situation of existed railway network and its planning in the two sides of the Bohai Strait cross-sea channel,combined with the transportation mode,this paper intends to discuss on the com-pared options of landing sites and the planning of railway connection. The west side of Laotie Mountain in Lvshun is suggested as the landing site for the side of Dalian,while the proper landing site for the side of Yantai is Beacon Tower or East Horbar. The railway connection planning suggestions of Bohai Strait cross-sea channel are proposed. The conclusion of the study has a certain reference value for the plane line determination of Bohai Strait cross-sea channel.
