高校新生入学适应不良的心理干预研究

摘　　要：高校新生入学后面临着种种适应问题,很多学生由于适应不良引发诸多心理问题,在高校新生入学适应性教育中分别采用团体心理咨询和个别心理咨询的方式,并通过身心症状自评量表SCL-90,对干预前后测试因子分的差异性比较,研究团体心理咨询和个别心理咨询对提高大学新生适应能力和心理健康水平的效果。It is common problem for the freshmen to confront with a lot of adjustment problems, especially the psychological maladjustment . With the Group Psychological Counseling and the Individual Counseling, through the SCL - 90 test, The paper studied compared the differences of test factors before and after the intervention and the effect of Group Psychological Counseling and Individual Counseling in improving freshmen＇ s adaptability and mental health status.
