摘　　要：以河北沿海地区的经济发展现状为切入点,通过构建区域政策动态一致性的博弈模型对河北沿海经济发展政策的有效性进行研究,并从政策制定的程序性和灵活性、政府公信力提升、协调两级政府之间的目标以及充分考虑政策客体四个层面完善河北沿海区域经济发展政策体系。This paper studies on the economic development of Hebei coastal policy effectiveness by building regional policy coherence dynamic game model of economic development in coastal areas in Hebei status as the starting point. The article propose to increase the Hebei coastal regional economic development policies effectiveness of countermeasures and suggestions from the policy-making procedures and flexibifity, the credibifity of the government to enhance the coordination between the two levels of government objectives and take full account of the policy object reaction.
