摘  要:为了更有效地提高学生的足球运动水平,培养学生顽强的拼搏精神和终身体育意识,以辽宁科技大学2010级本科生为实验对象,随机抽取4个足球选项班的学生为研究样本,进行了目标量化与层次教学相结合的教学研究。结果表明:目标量化与层次教学相结合能够更好地体现因材施教原则,符合大学生身心发展规律,有利于学生个性发展,有利于培养学生职业生涯必须的意志品质。In order to more effectively improve the football level of students, to cultivate students' strong spirit and lifelong sports consciousness, the undergraduates of grade 2010 in University of Science and Technology Liaoning are taken as the experimental object, a random sample of 4 football elective classes as the research sample, teaching and research are quantifiable goals and level of combining teaching. The results show that: the target quantization and hierarchical teaching can better reflect the principle of teaching students in accor- dance with their aptitude, consistent with the law of development of college students, is conducive to the devel- opment of students' personality, and cultivates students' occupation career to the quality of will.
