摘  要:通过室内实验,研究了风城脱水稠油的黏温曲线特征及模拟烟气在其中的溶解度,得出了不同烟气溶解度下稠油的体积系数、密度、黏度变化规律.根据实验数据拟合出风城脱水稠油黏度预测公式.结果表明:在实验温度范围内,烟道气在稠油中的溶解度、体积系数均较小;当烟道气溶解于稠油后,油气混合物黏度大幅度下降,降黏率随烟道气在稠油中的溶解度的增大而增加,降黏率最大可达54.14%;密度呈线性减小.The characteristics of viscosity-temperature curve of the dehydrated heavy oil in Fengcheng Oil Field and the dissolubility of simulated flue gas in the heavy oil are studied by laboratory experiments,and the variation laws of the volume factor,the density and the viscosity of the heavy oil with the dissolubility of flue gas are obtained. The viscosity prediction formula of the dehydrated heavy oil is fitted according to the experimental data. The experimental result indicates that the dissolubility of the flue gas in the heavy oil and the volume factor of flue gas are low while the density is high in the range of experiment temperature. After the flue gas is dissolved in heavy oil,the viscosity of oil / gas mixture greatly reduces,the viscosity reduction rate almost shows linear increase with the dissolubility of the flue gas,and the maximum viscosity reduction rate reaches to 54. 14%. The density of oil / gas mixture shows linear decrease with the dissolubility of the flue gas.
