摘　　要：以某轮主机单缸爆压高、排烟温度低故障为例,通过对5L60MCE型柴油机的工作原理和导致此故障的可能原因分析,提出了解决此类问题的具体方案和详细步骤,并阐述了该类型高压油泵可变喷油定时机构的原理和检修要点。By taking some diesel engine single-cylinder high denotation pressure and low exhaust temperature failure as an example; this paper analyzes the working principle of the 5L6OMCB-type diesel engine and the possible causes of failure, puts forward specific plans and detail process to solve such similar problems, and expounds this type high-pressure oil pump variable injection timing mechanism principle and its＇ maintenance points.
