数据挖掘工具在医保定点药店非现场监管中的应用

摘　　要：全民医保的实现和就医需求的释放,使医保信息系统中保存海量医疗消费数据,如何利用数据挖掘方法和工具从中挖掘信息黄金,用以提升医保管理水平,将是医保精确化管理需要探索的一个重要课题。本文以宁波市医保中心3家药店非处方药购药数据为研究对象,使用R语言工具,运用"购物篮"分析方法对定点零售药店非处方购药非现场监管方法进行探索。There are huge amounts of medical consumption data saved in the medical insurance information system because of the archivement of universal health care and the release of medical needs. It will be an important subject to use data mining methods and tools to dig information gold from the medical consumption data for accurate management of medical insurance therefore to improve the level of medical insurance management. Based on the purchase data of OTC drugs in three pharmacies of Ningbo Medical Insurance Management Center, the non-spot supervision for OTC drugs in the appointed pharmacies was explored by ＂market basket analysis＂ method with R language as the tool in this paper.
