摘　　要：分析比较政府主管部门、高校、相关人才服务机构、用人单位、毕业生等高校毕业生就业市场利益相关者在不同就业市场的不同成本,探寻发现使利益相关者总成本较小化的就业市场为省级高校毕业生网络就业市场,并对省级高校毕业生网络就业市场建设提出建议。It comparative analyses on governmental authorities, colleges, talents＇service institutions, employing units, college graduates＇ cost in different college graduates＇ employment markets. Consider that less cost of college graduates＇ employment markets is provincial college graduates＇ network employment market. Finally, this paper put forward some suggestions for the construction of provincial college graduates＇ network employment market.
