摘　　要：针对近年来越来越多的中国企业到越南进行投资所面临的困难与存在的问题,采用实证研究、宏观分析与微观分析等方法,分析了越南的投资环境、中国对越南的投资现状以及中国对越南投资中所存在的问题,提出了相应的建议及应对措施,为有意向在越南投资的中国企业提供参考。There are more and more difficulties and problems with which China＇s enterprises face when they invest in Vietnam recently. In this paper, some methods such as empirical research, macro analysis and micro analysis are used to analyze the environment, situation and problems of China＇s investment in Vietnam. Thus, some sugges- tions and countermeasures are put forward, which can give reference for China＇s enterprises who are willing to invest in Vietnam.
