摘　　要：文章对 1996年度西北监测区森林资源消耗情况分析 ,指出发展薪炭林在本区有着举足轻重的意义 ,提出实施林业分类经营是发展薪炭林 。By analyzing the consumption of forest resource of the west-northern monitoring area,we think it is a pivot position to develop fuel-forest,and point out that it is a valid step for keeping the sustainable forest development of west-northern monitoring area to develop the fuel forest of implementing the classier management of forest.
