摘 要:针对危险化学品、生化制剂、放射性或核物质(CBRN)事故情景,建立区域疏散路径优化模型。基于个体脆弱性模型,提出了适合求解模型算法,包括静态最优路径算法和动态最优路径算法。最后用随机路网测试算法的应用效果,结果表明,所提算法可以满足区域疏散路径双目标优化的需求,并能根据外部环境变化动态更新当前最优路径,是一种近似、快速的算法。区域疏散路径的确定可为CBRN事故救灾提供有力的技术支持。The graph-theory method was used to build a mathematical model of the optimum escape route during zone evacuation based on vulnerability of humans , and the dynamic and static algorithms were brought forward to calculate it .Based on heuristic algorithm , the essence of the algorithm was taking the mid-point as a tentative point in the search space by building decision support functions , and the search process of the algorithm continues until an optimal solution was obtained .The random road network was used to test the application effect of this algorithm , and the results showed that the proposed algorithm can not only meet the needs of dual -objective optimization , but also can obtain the optimal path when the external environment changes dynamically , and in addition it is an ap-proximate and fast algorithm .The study in this paper can provide a strong technical support to th emergency man-agement of the CBRN incidents .
