摘  要:双绕组无轴承开关磁阻电机为多变量、强耦合的非线性系统,建立准确的悬浮力数学模型是实现其稳定悬浮控制的关键。文章分析了双绕组无轴承开关磁阻电机结构和悬浮机理,推导了其径向悬浮力数学模型,采用Mawell 13.0建立了有限元分析模型,基于静态有限元法,分析径向悬浮力与绕组电流和转子位置角之间的关系,基于瞬态有限元法,计算电机发电绕组电压波形。Double winding bearingless switched reluctance machine is a multi-variable,strong coupling,nonlinear system. The establishment of accurate suspension force mathematical model is the key to realize the stable suspension control. Based on the structure and suspension mechanism analysis of the double winding bearingless switched reluctance machine,the radial suspension force mathematical model was deduced. Using Maxwell 13. 0,the analysis model was established. The relationship between levitation force and winding currents and angles were calculated using the static analysis method. Based on the transient analysis method,power winding voltage waveform is calculated.
