摘 要:目的对多药耐药克雷伯菌属进行基于管家基因与水平转移基因的菌株亲缘性分析,有助于医院感染的监测。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)法对20株多药耐药克雷伯菌属分别检测与耐药相关的管家基因和水平转移基因,并对检测结果进行样本聚类分析。结果 20株克雷伯菌属中2株植生克雷伯菌与18株肺炎克雷伯菌处在两个不同的簇群中,18株肺炎克雷伯菌可分为A与B两个簇群,10、12、15、17、18号株及6、8、20号菌株分别为同一克隆菌株。结论耐药基因的样本聚类分析可识别出具有相同耐药特征的菌株,具有一定的流行病学意义,为追溯耐药菌传播途径提供方便。OBJECTIVE To investigate the relatedness between the housekeeping genes and horizontal transfer genes in the multidrug-resistant Klebsiella strains so as to guide the monitoring of nosocomial infections. METHODS Housekeeping genes and horizontal transfer genes of 20 strains of muhidrug-resistant Klebsiella were tested by polymerase-chain-reaction (PCR), then the clustering analysis was performed for the test result. RESULTS Of totally 20 strains of Klebsiella, 2 strains of Klebsiella planticola and 18 stains of Klebsiella pneumoniae belonged to two different clusters; 18 strains of K. pneumoniae could be divided into two clusters: cluster A and cluster B, among which No. 10, 12, 15,17,and 18 strain belonged to the same clone, while the No. 6, 8, and 20 strain pres-ented the homology of same clone. CONCLUSION The sample clustering analysis of drug resistance-related genes may help to discriminate the strains possessing the same characteristics of drug resistance and has epidemiological significance to a certain degree, facilitating the tracking of transmission routes of drug resistance strains.
