摘　　要：目的探究并分析糖尿病患者医院感染的管理与对策,以达到预防糖尿病患者发生医院感染的目的。方法回顾性分析2010年4月-2011年4月医院收治的糖尿病医院感染患者160例,将其作为临床研究对象;随机分观察组和对照组,每组各80例,其中对照组采用常规的管理与护理模式,观察组患者采取护理安全管理干预措施,观察两组患者护理后的治愈情况及对感染预防知识的了解程度。结果实施护理安全管理及护理干预后,观察组患者的治愈率为85.00%,明显高于对照组患者的治愈率46.25%,且观察组对预防感染知识了解程度较多的例数占90.00%,对照组占43.75%,观察组高于对照组,经统计分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对患者实施安全管理和护理干预能提高患者的治愈率和对预防感染的了解,能有效的预防感染的发生,值得在临床上广泛应用。OBJECTIVE To explore and analyze the management and countermeasures of nosocomial infection in patients with diabetes, in order to prevent infection in patients with diabetes. METHODS A retrospective analysis was conducted among 160 patients with diabetes nosocomial infection in our hospital from Apr. 2010 to Apr. 2011. As the objects of the study, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 80 cases in each. The control group was treated with routine management and nursing care, and the observation group was treated with nursing intervention measurements of safety management. The cure rate and understanding of infection prevention of patients in the two groups were observed. RESULTS After the implementation of safety management and nursing intervention in the observation group, the cure rate was 85.00 %, which was significantly higher than 46.25% in the control group, and the patients with more knowledge of infection prevention in the observation group accounted for 90.00%, while 43.75% for the control group, the difference between the two groups was proved to have statistical significance after statistical analysis （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The imple-mentation of safety management and nursing intervention in patients can improve the cure rate and understanding of infection prevention of patients, which can prevent infection effectively. It is worth to be widely used in clinical.
