老年患者细菌性阴道炎的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨柏洁洗剂联合结合性雌激素软膏治疗老年细菌性阴道炎的效果,为提高老年性细菌阴道炎的疗效提供依据。方法 2011年8月-2012年4月将120例老年性细菌阴道炎患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例,两组均给予结合性雌激素软膏治疗,仅观察组在此基础上加用柏洁洗剂冲洗阴道;分析两组的治疗效果、治疗前阴道健康状况、阴道炎性症状评分及常规治疗指标;数据采用Windows SPSS 13.0软件进行分析,治疗前后比较采用配对t检验,组间比较采用成组t检验,计数统计采用χ2检测。结果治疗总有效率观察组为96.67%,对照组为的83.34%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);停止治疗6个月后的复发率观察组为5.00%,低于对照组的18.33%(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义;观察组治疗后的阴道健康状况、阴道炎性症状评分及常规治疗指标均优于对照组,白带增多、阴道灼热、阴道疼痛、阴道瘙痒和阴道黏膜出血的发生率分别为15.00%、13.33%、11.67%、8.33%和6.67%,均低于对照组的31.67%、30.00%、26.67%、23.33%和20.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柏洁洗剂联合结合性雌激素软膏治疗老年性细菌阴道炎的效果较好,提高治疗有效率并改善阴道健康状况和炎性症状,降低停药后复发率,安全性较好。OBJECTIVE To explore the efficacy of baijie lotion combined with conjugated equine estrogens ointment in the treatment of senile vaginitis with bacterial infection, and provide basis for improving the efficacy in the treat-ment of senile vaginitis with bacterial infection. METHODS One-hundred and twenty patients with bacterial-infec-ted senile vaginitis were randomly divided into the control.group and the observation group （n=60）. Both groups were given combined with conjugated equine estrogens ointment, while only the observation group received haijie lotion. The clinical effect, vaginal health status and inflammatory symptom score, the conventional treatment indicators were analyzed between both groups. Data analysis was performed using Windows SPSS 13.0 software. The comparison before and after treatment was performed by paired t test, the comparison between groups were performed by t test, and counting statistics were performed using X^2. RESULTS The observation group＇s total efficiency rate was higher than control group （96.67% vs. 83.34%）, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the recurrence rate within six months follow-up was lower than control group （5.00% vs. 18.33%, P〈0.05）. The difference of incidence of adverse effect between the two groups was not statistically significant. The vaginal health status, vaginitis symptoms score and conventional treatment indica-tors of Observation group were superior to those of control group. Compared with the control group, the inci-dences of increased vaginal discharge, vaginal burning, vaginal pain, vaginal itching and vaginal mucous membrane bleeding in the observation group were 15. 00%, 13. 33%, 11. 67%, 8. 33% and 6. 67%, lower than Control group （31.67%, 30. 00%, 26. 67%, 23. 33% and 20.00%）. CONCLUSION The baijie lotion combined with conjugated equine estrogens ointment can achieve significant therapeutic effect on the treatment of senile vaginitis with bacterial infection and raise the
