摘 要:目的评价多系统网络信息化平台对医院感染管理工作的作用,以提高医院感染管理效率。方法采用蓝蜻蜓医院感染管理系统、LIS、HIS、OA办公系统,进行传染病、医院感染病例、多药耐药菌、职业暴露、抗菌药物、医院感染暴发、医院感染知识培训等多方面的监测与管理。结果应用多系统网络信息化管理后,传染病、医院感染病例、多药耐药菌的迟报率由0.5%、6.0%、15.0%分别降低至0,其漏报率由13.0%、21.0%、35.0%降低至0;职业暴露迟报率由50.0%降低至8.0%,消毒灭菌效果监测干预时间由30d减少至7d;清洁切口手术用药比例97.5%降低至42.3%,用药时机、用药疗程合理率由32.7%、12.9%分别提高至75.0%、53.4%;呼吸机相关性肺炎、导管相关性血流感染、导尿管相关性尿路感染千日感染率由11.53‰、9.85‰、12.26‰降低至8.96‰、6.75‰、7.89‰;多药耐药菌医院感染病例检出构成比由55.1%降低至33.8%;全员培训参学率由82.9%上升至98.1%。结论多系统网络信息化交互性医院感染管理,提高了医院感染管理工作效率与实效。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of multiple system network information platform that was used in nosocomial infection, so as to improve the efficiency of management. METHODS The blue dragonfly nosocomial infection management system, LIS, HIS, OA system were used to monitor and manage the infectious diseases, nosocomial infection cases, multiple drug resistant bacteria, occupational exposure, antimicrobial drugs, outbreak and knowledge training of nosocomial infection and other aspects. RESULTS After using multiple system network information management, the late filings rates of infectious diseases, nosocomial infection cases and multiple drug resistance of bacteria were reduced to zero from 0.5%, 6.0% and 15.0%. The late filings rate of occupational exposure was reduced to 8. 0% from 50.0%, and the false negative rates were reduced to zero from 13.0%, 21.0% and 35.0%. The effect monitoring intervention time of disinfection and sterilization was reduced to 7 days from 30 days. The medication ratio of clean cut operation was reduced to 42.3% from 97.5%, and the rate of rational medication time, drug treatment courses increased to 75.0% and 53.4% from 32.7% and 12.9%. The infection rates of ventilator-associated pneumonia, catheter-related bloodstream infection, and catheter related urinary tract infection in 1000 days were reduced to 8. 96‰, 6. 75‰ and 7.89‰ from 11. 53‰, 9. 85‰ and 12.26‰. The detected constituent ratio of multiple drug-resistant bacteria nosocomial infection was reduced to 33.8% from 55.1%. The corporation training rate increased to 98.1% from 82.9%. CONCLUSION The multiple system network information interactive management in nosocomial infection improves efficiency and effectiveness of nosocomial infection management.
