摘　　要：目的探讨传染科病房医院感染的相关因素,根据危险因素采取控制措施,以降低感染率。方法选取2008年11月-2012年12月230例传染科的患者资料进行回顾性分析,先进行单因素分析,再将单因素中具有差异性的单因素进行二分类logostic多因素分析。结果传染科的医院感染率呈现逐年升高的趋势,2012年高达12.8%;且78例医院感染形成的原因中,以手卫生消毒不达标最明显占29.5%,与其他因素比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而多因素分析显示,手卫生不达标与抗菌药物使用不合理是传染科医院感染的危险因素(P=0.025、0.008)。结论通过规范化感染控制措施的实施,有效提高感染的管理水平,促使医院感染管理趋于规范和完善。OBJECTIVE To explore the related factors for nosocomial infections in the ward of infectious diseases department and take control measures according to the risk factors so as to reduce the infection rate. METHODS The clinical data of 230 patients who were treated in the infectious diseases department from Nov 2008 to Dec 2012 were retrospectively analyzed, then the univariate analysis was performed, and the binary classification multivari-ate logistic analysis was performed for the factors with statistical difference. RESULTS The incidence of nosocomi- al infections in the infectious diseases department presented an upward ward, reaching as high as 12.8% in 2012. Among the causes of nosocomial infections in 78 cases, the unqualified hand hygiene disinfection was dominant, accounting for 29.5%, as compared with other factors, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; while the multivariate analysis indicated that the unqualified hand hygiene and unreasonable use of antibiotics were the risk factors for the nosocomial infections in the infectious diseases department （P=0. 025 and 0. 008, respec-tively）. CONCLUSION The implementation of standard infection control measures may effectively improve the level of infection control and make the infection control standardized and perfect.
