摘　　要：目的分析基层妇幼保健院医院感染控制中保洁员工作的不良现状和突出问题,提出针对性对策,为提高医院感染预防控制质量提供科学依据。方法对2011年随州市妇幼保健院清洁保洁工作进行系统的调查分析,作出科学客观的评价。结果保洁员职数严重不足、年龄大、学历低、再教育难度高、待遇低下、队伍不稳,工作质量不达标;通过建立健全规章制度,强化培训,严格工作纪律,提高薪酬等办法,保洁员医院感染知识普及率>86.00%,消毒隔离技术达标率100.00%,清洁保洁工作质量显著提高。结论建立健全保洁员管理规章,规范工作流程及手卫生制度,调动工作积极性,可有效提高医院感染预防控制综合能力。OBJECTIVE To observe the current status of the control of nosocomial infections by the cleaning staff in grass-roots maternal and child health hospital, find out the problems, and put forward targeted countermeasures so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of nosoeomial infections. METHODS A systematic survey was conducted for the infection control by the cleaning staff of Suizhou maternal and child health hospital in 2011, then a scientific and objective evaluation was performed. RESULTS The cleaning staff were seriously insuffi- cient, with old age, low education level, difficulty in further study, low pay, instable team , and unqualified work quality; the penetration rate of knowledge about infection control has reached more than 86.00% through estab-lishment of sound rules and regulations, fully equipping the positions, enhanced training, rigid working principles, and raising the pay; the qualified rate of the disinfection and isolation has reached 100.00% ; the work quality of the cleaning staff has been significantly improved. CONCLUSION The comprehensive capability of the prevention and control of nosocomial infections has been significantly improved through the establishment of sound regulations for management of the cleaning staff, standard work process and hand hygiene system, and mobilizing the enthusi- asm for work.
