摘 要:采用ISSR分子标记技术,对黑龙江省林口、东宁、兴凯湖和吉林通榆4个野生杏集中分布区的176份资源遗传多样性进行研究,结果表明:兴凯湖居群的遗传多样性最丰富,其次为通榆居群、东宁居群、林口居群,总体的遗传多样性为0.246 8,居群内的遗传变异为82.8%,遗传变异主要存在于居群内部。居群间基因流为2.406 3;亲缘关系聚类结果表明:通榆居群与东宁居群的亲缘关系较近,与林口居群最远。不同居群的野生杏存在一定程度基因交流。ISSR technique was used to detect genetic diversity of 176 samples collected from four wild apricot populations of Linkou,Dongning,Xingkai Lake of Heilongjiang Province and Tongyu of Jinlin Province. Genetic diversity of Xingkai Lake( XKH) population is at the highest level,followed by the Tongyu( TY),Dongning( DN) and Linkou( LK) population. The overall genetic diversity( H t) of 0. 246 8 and the genetic variation of 82. 8% indicate that genetic variation is distributed mainly in internal populations. Gene flow( N m) among the populations is 2. 406 3. The clustering results show that DN population and TY population have the closest relationship and the farthest genetic with LK,respectively. There is a certain degree of gene exchange among different populations of wild apricots.
