摘 要:对梓树属的5个种(灰楸、滇楸、黄金树、梓树、楸树)进行组织培养比较。结果表明:种的不同是影响瓶苗生长的主要因素,继代培养种间的方差分量在77.01%~96.71%,芽增殖系数、增殖芽数、芽长、叶数、茎段基部愈伤组织横向膨大、茎段基部愈伤组织纵向膨大在不同种间达到显著水平;生根率、生根数和根长种间差异达到极显著水平,方差分量分别为96.38%、97.65%和95.11%。5个种生长性状以黄金树表现最好,增殖系数为7.08,生根率为73.33%,移栽成活率为85.50%。灰楸、滇楸、楸树综合性状彼此差异性相对较小,梓树与黄金树差异较小。An experiment was conducted to accelerate propagation different species of Catalpa scop,tissue culture of five species including C. fargesii Bureau,C. fargesii fduclouxii,C. ovata,C. speciosa and C. bungei. The different species of C. scop are the main factors on the growth traits of seedling,and the variance components of subculrure are during 77. 01% and 96. 71%. By variance analysis,the indexes in different species are obvious,such as multiplication coefficient,bud number,bud length,leaf number and callus enlargement of the basal stem. In rooting culture phase,the indexes such as rooting rate,number of roots,root length and the variance components are at 0. 01 significant level,and the variance components are 96. 38%,97. 65% and 95. 11%,respectively. C. speciosa is the best of five species. As for C. speciosa,the multiplication coefficient is 7. 08,the rooting rate is 73. 33%,and the transplanting survival rate is 85. 50%. The growth triats of C. fargesii Bureau,C. fargesii fduclouxii and C. bungei have the smaller difference as well as C. ovata and C. speciosa.
