Effects of Salicylic Acid Mitigating under Salt Stress on Active Oxygen Metabolism and Membrane Stability in Nitratia tangutorum

摘  要:设置4个浓度(0、0.5、1.0和1.5 mmol/L)的水杨酸处理400 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下的白刺(Nitratia tangutorum),并研究外源水杨酸对盐胁迫下白刺的缓解机制。结果表明:外施不同浓度的水杨酸(SA)后,白刺叶片质膜所受伤害均有不同程度的缓解,其中1.0 mmol/L SA浓度下白刺叶片膜透性变化较小;丙二醛作为膜脂过氧化的产物,其变化规律与膜透性呈显著正相关,白刺叶片中的超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性在处理9 d时均达到最高,增强了清除细胞内活性氧的能力;0.5 mmol/L的SA在3 d时能够缓解盐胁迫,但长时间后其缓解作用不明显,1.5 mmol/L SA在一定程度上表现出胁迫作用。综合各项指标,SA浓度在1.0 mmol/L时,可以在第9天缓解400 mmol/L NaCl胁迫对白刺造成的伤害,但随着SA浓度的下降,其缓解作用持续的时间也变短。We treated Nitratia tangutorum for mitigative effect under 400 mmol / L NaCl stress with 0,0. 5,1. 0 and 1. 5 mmol / L salicylic acid( SA). Injury to the plasma membrane of Nitratia tangutorum,which was induced by salinity of 400 mmol / L,decreases with different contents of SA,keeps stable under 1. 0 mmol / L SA. The malondialdehyde is served as plasmalemma peroxide product,and its variation is consistent with that of electrolyte leakage with a significant positive correlation( r=0. 439). The activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase are the highest after nine-day treatment,and they can enhance the ability of clearing the reactive oxygen. The mitigative effect is obvious under 0. 5 mmol / L SA in three days,but is not obvious for a long time treatment. 1. 5 mmol / L SA is a bad performance to Nitratia tangutorum. Therefore,the tolerance of Nitratia tangutorum to complex saline stress is when the SA is 1. 0 mmol / L in nine days,and the less the content of SA is,the shorter the time of mitigative effect is.
