摘 要:对柴松、油松的针叶(徒手切片法)和木材(木材切片法)解剖结构比较研究发现:柴松针叶的厚度、宽度均小于油松。柴松和油松针叶的单个纵生树脂道平均面积分别为1 394.40、1 651.81μm2,单个针叶横截面的平均树脂道分别为4.87个和6.70个。柴松的早材宽度、晚材宽度均小于油松,早晚材宽度比柴松为1.97,油松为1.94。柴松和油松的早材管胞壁腔比分别为0.188、0.193,晚材管胞壁腔比分别为0.478和0.475。柴松和油松木材纵生树脂道的单个平均面积分别为3 620.69、5 113.65μm2,横生树脂道平均面积分别为2 727.62、3 571.74μm2。两者的针叶和木材解剖结构只是在各组织的大小、面积、密度等指标上存在一定差异,在解剖结构的组成上两种松之间并无明显区别。Anatomic structures of needles of Pinus tabulaeformis f. Shekanensis and P. tabulaeformis were studied by free-hand section method and their wood structures were studied by xylotomy. The thickness and width of needles of P. tabulaeformis f. Shekanensis are much shorter than that of P. tabulaeformis. The average of resin canal area and quantity of needles of P. tabulaeformis f. Shekanensis are 1 394. 40 μm2and 4. 87,respectively,and 1 651. 81 μm2and 6. 70 for P. tabulaeformis,respectively. The width values of early wood and late wood of P. tabulaeformis f. Shekanensis are wider than that of P. tabulaeformis. The average of the width of early wood to late wood ratio for P. tabulaeformis f. Shekanensis is 1. 97, and 1. 94 for P. tabulaeformis. The average of tracheid walls to lumen ratio of early wood of P. tabulaeformis f. Shekanensis and P. tabulaeformis are 0. 188 and 0. 193,respectively,and the average of tracheids' walls to lumen ratio of the late wood of P. tabulaeformis f. Shekanensis and P. tabulaeformis are 0. 550 and 0. 617,respectively. The average area of lengthways resin ducts and amphitropous resin ducts of P. tabulaeformis f. Shekanensis are 3 620. 69 μm2and 2 727. 62 μm2,respectively,5 113. 65 μm2and 3 571. 54 μm2for P. tabulaeformis,respectively. There is significant difference in the anatomical characters of tissues from P. tabulaeformis f. Shekanensis and P. tabulaeformis such as size,area and density,but there is no significant difference in composition of anatomy structures between two kinds of pines.
