摘 要:为了便于从泡桐群体中选择出材色优良的个体,对白花泡桐、毛泡桐、川泡桐和台湾泡桐4个种类共25个单株进行了木材白度的测定,并测定了与变色相关的关键生理指标(糖类和酚类物质质量分数、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性),对各指标与木材白度之间进行了相关分析。结果表明,不同单株之间木材白度及各项生理指标均具有显著差异,酚类物质质量分数与木材白度达到极显著负相关(R=-0.518 62,P=0.0094),糖类物质质量分数和木材白度之间也呈显著负相关(R=-0.426 15,P=0.037 9),可以用这两个指标结合起来对个体材色性状进行间接选择,而PPO和POD活性无法作为间接选择的依据。An experiment was conducted to measure the wood whiteness of 25 individuals from Paulownia fortunei,P. tomentosa,P. fargesii,P. kawakamii to select individuals with excellent wood color from Paulownia population,determine the key physiological indexes related to discoloration( mass fraction of sugar and phenol,the activity of polyphenol oxidase( PPO) and peroxidase( POD)),and analyze correlation between the physiological indexes and wood whiteness. The differences of wood whiteness and the physiological indexes among individuals were statistically significant. The content of phenol negatively is correlated with wood whiteness( R =-0. 518 62,P = 0. 009 4) and the sugar content is also negatively correlated with wood whiteness( R =-0. 426 15,P = 0. 037 9). Both indexes can be used for indirect selection of Paulownia wood color,while the activity of PPO and POD can not be used for indirect selection.
