野生和半人工养殖东北林蛙生长发育的比较

摘  要:为探索人工因素对东北林蛙(Rana chensinensis)生长发育的影响,采用骨龄学方法比较了野生和半人工养殖林蛙发育的差异性。结果表明:不同性别半人工养殖林蛙的体长、体质量均值都极显著大于野生林蛙的(p<0.05);半人工养殖林蛙的趾骨直径大于野生林蛙的,但差异不显著(p>0.1)。由von Bertalanffy’s方程得出:半人工养殖雌性林蛙的k值(k=0.401)大于野生雌性林蛙的(k=0.38),半人工养殖雄性林蛙的k值(k=0.558)大于野生雄性林蛙的(k=0.515)。由林蛙趾骨直径相对增长率的计算可知,相同年龄组内,半人工养殖林蛙的相对生长速率均大于野生林蛙。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of artificial factors on the growth of Dybowski's frogs and compare developmental differences between wild and semi-free farmed frogs by skeletochronology. The body length and weight of semi-free farmed frogs are significantly higher than those of wild frogs( p 0. 05). The phalanx diameter of semi-free farmed frogs is longer than that of wild frogs,but the difference is not significant( p0. 1). By von Bertalanffy equation, k( 0. 401) for semi-free farmed female frogs is higher than that for wild female frogs( 0. 38),and k( 0. 558) for semi-free farmed male frogs is higher than that for wild male frogs( 0. 515). The relative growth constant of semi-free farmed frogs is higher than that of wild frogs in the same age group.
