摘　　要：胆囊息肉样病变的临床治疗主要为手术切除胆囊,而中医治疗可以在保留胆囊的基础上,通过辨证论治治疗,取得了显著的疗效。该文综述了近年来中医药对胆囊息肉样病变病因病机、诊断、治疗等方面的认识以及取得的进展。The treatment of polypoid lesions of the gallbladder（PLG） is mainly the cholecystectomy. However, the TCM treats PLG by syndrome differentiation which can remain the gallbladder and achieve remarkable curative effect. This article gives a review to the recognition and development to PLG on TCM etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment in recent years.
