摘　　要：远程教育是老师和学生在空间和时间上的教学活动不同时且具备准分离状态的教育方式,这导致了其教育管理具有复杂性和特殊性,而这是学校系统中教育管理的一个关键节点;学校的教育管理水平,也体现了学校整体教育水平。因此,运用系统分析的科学理论对教育管理系统的系统架构的使用,并优化系统结构和集成已十分紧急。针对这一问题,我们用系统思维的方法,对远程教育管理系统的体系结构,操作模式和影响因素进行深入分析,构建远程教育教学管理系统的体系结构,并提出了相对应的管理策略,在此基础上,综合管理所有类型的远程教育资源,发挥系统的整体优势,从而实现系统的优化结果。通过仿真测试表明,本文所提出的基于SPSS的模糊聚类分析模型算法在分析远程教育教务管理工作的影响因素上具有很好的有效性。Remote education is the education form in non-sync and discrete state on space-time ot teaching activities, which determines the complexity and particularity of educational administration work, educational administration is the key to systematically running a school, called the ＂heart＂ of the system, the level of educational administration also embodies the educational level of the school. Therefore, it has become a top priority of using the systematic science theory to carry out systematic analysis on system structure of educational administration and optimize, integrate the system structure. Considering this problem, this article uses the method of systematic thinking to carry out deep analysis on system structure of remote educational administration management work, operation mode and influencing factors, establish the system structure of remote educational management, and put forward the management strategy, integrate all kinds of resources of the remote education teaching management, exert advantages of the whole system based on this thinking, so as to achieve the result of system optimization. The simulation tests show that the proposed SPSS based fuzzy clustering analysis method has a good effectiveness on analyzing the influencing factors of remote educational administration work.
