摘　　要：近半个多世纪,国际社会致力于在中低收入国家和地区分阶段、有侧重、有步骤地推行妇幼健康基本干预,为实现高质量、广覆盖妇幼保健,大幅降低孕产妇儿童死亡率做出卓越贡献,积累了宝贵经验。本文对近30年来国际社会在中低收入国家妇幼健康促进方面的行动进行梳理;对促进知识向行动转化的效果分析、成本-效果分析、相关软件开发与运用、妇幼干预适宜策略等研究进展进行综述。International society has long been involved in the essential intervention of maternal and child health promotion during the past half century, which contributed greatly in realizing the universal health services with high quality. It reduced the maternal and child mortality in the world wide continuously and valuable experiences was accumulated. The maternal and child health promotion action in the middle and low income countries during the past 30 years were introduced. The researches accompanying with the actions including effectiveness analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis, software development and adaptive strategy development were analyzed.
