摘 要:为了检测纳米雄黄的毒性,对其药物安全性作出客观评价,试验按照约1∶1.25等比级数设置5个药剂量组和1个对照组,准确测定纳米雄黄的LD50,并对试验组Balb/c小鼠的临床表现、体重变化、脏器系数、血液生化指标及组织学变化进行统计分析。结果表明:口服纳米雄黄的急性毒性很高,属于剧毒范畴,临床应用有较高的风险。To detect the toxicity of realgar nanopartieles and further to objectively evaluate its safety, five drug -dose groups and one control group were set up in accordance with the geometric series 1 : 1.25 for accurately determining the LD50 value of realgar nanoparticles. The clinical manifestations, body weight changes, organ coefficient, blood biochemical parameters and histological changes in the tested Balb/c mice were analyzed. The results showed that the acute oral toxicity of realgar nanoparticles was very high, thus it belonged to the highly toxic category. As a result, it was associated with a higher risk in clinical applications.
