摘 要:本研究对国内多个规模化商品肉鸡场所执行的鸡传染性支气管炎(IB)免疫程序进行了调查,同时采集健康鸡群和部分发病鸡群的血清样品利用ELISA方法进行鸡传染性支气管炎病毒抗体检测。免疫程序调查结果显示,规模化商品肉鸡场在一个生产周期针对IB进行2~3次活苗免疫。抗体检测结果显示,规模化鸡场商品肉鸡IB抗体呈先降后升的变化趋势,在15~30日龄之间存在明显的抗体低谷期,免疫抗体通常在25d^30 d开始上升,出栏时鸡群抗体平均值在3 000左右。感染鸡群发病后7 d^10 d平均抗体水平可高达7 000以上,明显高于同时期的健康鸡群。We investigated the IB immune procedure of large-scale commercial broiler farms, and detected the IB antibody lev- el of the chicken on these farms, The results of investigation indicate that the chicken of these farms are often immunized 2 or 3 times during their lifecycle. The results of antibody detection indicate that the antibody level first drop ped firstly, and then rose up. The an- tibody level reached the lowest point during 15~30 days old. When the chickens were sold, the average antibody level was 3 000. The average antibody level could often rise up to 7 000 when the chicken were infected with IBV 7~ 10 days later, which was signifi- cantly higher than the healthy chicken in the same period.
