摘 要:动态观察外源性H_2S对噻环乙胺全麻大鼠血流动力学的影响。选取SD大鼠32只,随机分为H_2S预先干预麻醉组、单纯麻醉组。预先干预麻醉组在噻环乙胺麻醉前30 min腹腔注射NaHS的剂量为14μmol/kg体重。单纯麻醉组在麻醉前30 min腹腔注射与NaHS等量的生理盐水。之后麻醉分离右股动脉,插管测量不同时间点SAP、DAP、MAP、HR。结果表明,在噻环乙胺麻醉前给予14μmol/kg体重NaHS,可显著地降低HR和血压的上升幅度,使血流动力学指标在麻醉过程中趋于平稳,提高了噻环乙胺麻醉安全性。In this study, we focused on the dynamic observation of the impact of exogenous hydrogen sulphide(H2S) on hemody- namics of rats under Tiletamine anesthesia. 32 sD rats were randomly assigned to two groups :H:S pre-intervention anesthesia group and simple anesthesia group. The pre-intervention anesthesia group was injected intraperitoneally with 14 p, mol/kg of NariS30 mins before Tiletamine anesthesia, and the simple anesthesia group was injected intraperitoneally with the same dose of normal saline 30 rains before anesthesia. The right femoral artery was separated after anesthesia, and SAP, DAP, MAP, HR were measured at differ- ent time points by intubation.The results showed that the rise in HR and blood pressure could be significantly reduced, hemodynam- ics indicators stabilized during anesthesia, and the security of Tiletamine anesthesia could be improved.
