摘  要:生物体产生的抗菌肽是对抗外源性病原体侵袭致病作用的防御性肽类活性物质。本试验主要取活体叶尔羌高原鳅的表皮放入研钵中,加入蛋白酶抑制剂和Tris--c1研成肉糊状,用乙酸乙酯浸提法提取抗菌肽;经水合茚三酮显色反应为蓝紫色,DE-52纯化产物后SDS-PAGE蛋白电泳鉴定,其分子量约为9 700Da,并对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌表现出明显的抗菌活性。Antimicrobial peptides are defensive peptide active substances produced by organisms and work against the inva- sion of exogenous pathogens. In this study, the skin of the Triplophysa (Hedinichthys) yarkandensis(Day) was collected in vivo and placed in a mortar, protease inhibitors and Tris-cl were added into the paste, and antimicrobial peptides were extracted with ethyl ac- etate extraction;The hydration reaction of ninhydrin gave a blue purple color, after DE-52 purification, the protein was identified by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, and its molecular weight was about 9 700Da. This peptide showed significant antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
