多拉菌素浇泼剂的制备及对绵羊线虫驱虫效果的试验

摘　　要：本试验用体外累积透皮量测定法确定由适量的丙二醇、乙醇、氮酮、吐温-80,抗氧化剂和浓度为0.5%的多拉菌素组成多拉菌素浇泼剂的最佳配方。应用不同剂量对绵羊进行驱虫试验,结果显示,0.5%多拉菌素浇泼剂按剂量0.5 mg/kg体重驱虫效果最佳,且对羊只无毒害作用,安全可靠,可在生产中推广使用。Doramectin is a novel macrocyclic lactone anthelmintic with a broad spectrum of activity against adult and larval forms of many nematode parasites. Nine types of Doramectin pour-on was formulated by mixing propylene glycol, ethyl acetate, etha- nol. tween-80, azone, menthol, and water at different proportions. The optimal formula was determined by the measurement of accumu- lative permeation quantity, leading to the optimal forn~.ula which consists of adequate propylene glycol, ethanol, azone, tween-80, an- tioxidant, and 0.5% Doramectin. Subsequently, a helminthicide experiment was carried out in sheep using various doses of Doramec- tin pour-on. The results indicated 0.5mg/kg.bw was the best dose for the treatment of sheep nematodiasis.
