摘　　要：在分子碘催化下,以烯烃和2-氨基吡啶作为起始原料,氧气作为最终氧化剂,对甲苯磺酸作为添加剂,高产率合成了吡啶并咪唑类药物中间体。反应条件温和,绿色环保,避免了过氧化物和金属催化剂的使用。所有产物结构通过核磁共振氢谱和质谱的表征验证。Imidazopyridines were synthesized from olefins and 2-aminopyridines in high yield via an iodine-catalyzed oxida- tive system with 02 as terminal oxidant and PTSA as additive. The environmentally friendly reaction proceeded under mild condition and avoided the use of peroxide and metal catalyst. All the products were confirmed by NMR and MS.
