煤炭企业循环经济绩效评价与分析

摘　　要：依据循环经济理论,结合煤炭企业生产经营特点,明确了煤炭企业循环经济内涵和特征。在此基础上,借助德尔菲法等科学方法,借鉴矿区可持续发展综合评价体系等评价指标体系,构建了煤炭企业循环经济绩效评价指标体系。根据循环经济系统的"灰色性"特点,建立了煤炭企业循环经济绩效灰色综合评价模型。运用评价模型对某煤矿2006-2010年循环经济绩效水平进行了综合评价,既体现了企业循环经济发展的成效,又体现了与理想标准的差距。因此,煤炭企业应挖掘资源节约型、环境友好型经济增长点,继续推进循环经济的发展。Based on the theory of circular economy, this paper defined the content and characteristic of coal enterprise circ-ular economy combined with production management characteristics of coalmine enterprises. On this basis , the paper build circular economy evaluation index system of coalmine enterprises and draught supports from scientific methods , such as Delphi according to evaluation index system of coalmine sustainable development. According to the grey feature of the circular economy system, this paper established the grey comprehensive evaluation model of the circular economy to evaluate the coalmine enterprises performance level. Taking a coalmine as the research object , the paper uses grey appraisal model of circular economy to appraisal on the performance level of circular economy at the coal mine from 2006 to 2010. We could see the gap between ideal level and reality level. Therefore, the coal enterprises should tap the resource-saving and environment-friendly economic growth point, continue to promote the development of circular economy.
