摘 要:以3个成年杉木优良无性系茎段为外植体,研究基因型、生长调节剂、活性炭、基本培养基对杉木生根效率的影响。结果表明:基因型和生长素NAA是影响杉木生根效率的主要因素。1#基因型的杉木生根能力强,在1/4DCR培养基(添加IBA1.0mg/L或NAA0.5~1.0mg/L)上生根率可达90%以上;2#基因型的杉木生根能力较弱,添加1.5mg/LIBA或1.0mg/LNAA的1/2DCR培养基更适合其生根;对于3#基因型的杉木,3/4DCR培养基最适合其生根,添加IBA1.5mg/L或NAAl.0mg/L时生根率最高。对3个基因型的生根试验研究表明,活性炭对杉木生根不能起到促进作用。Using three different genotypes of shoot sections of mature superior clones of Cunninghamia lanceolata, the effect of factors such as plant growth regulators (PGRs), genotypes, basal medium and activated charcoal were studied for rooting frequency. The results showed that genotypes and NAA were key factors influencing rooting efficiency. Geno- type 1# was more capable of rooting. The basal medium 1/4 DCR added with IBA 1.0 mg/L or NAA 0.5 - 1.0 mg/L could increase rooting efficiency to the level of 90%. Genotype 2# had a weaker ability of rooting. The 1/2DCR basal medium added with IBA 1.5 mg/L or NAA 1.0 mg/L was better in adventitious'roots induction for this genotype. For genotype 3#, it had the best rooting efficiency when the level of IBA was 1.5 mg/L or the level of NAA was 1.0 mg/L, 3/4 DCR was fit for rooting. Addition of activated charcoal could not effectively improve rooting in this experiment.
