摘 要:目前国内针对冰湖溃决泥石流灾害链的研究尚处于起步阶段,分析其形成过程与条件很有必要。根据对冰湖溃决泥石流多发的藏东南地区的实地调查和数据分析,并结合已有研究,总结了典型冰湖溃决泥石流的灾害特征及灾害链的形成过程、形成条件。提出区内灾害链为内外应力耦合作用地质灾害链,形成过程可分为诱发冰湖溃决、转化、铺床堵江、溃坝洪水4个阶段。通过对比分析探讨了灾害链的形成条件,并提出减灾建议。The research of debris flow disaster-chain due to glacial lake outburst is still in its infancy, and it requires specific analysis of its processes and conditions. According to the field surveys and data analysis of debris flow due to gla- cial lake outburst n southeastern Tibet, combined with previous research, this paper summarizes the hazard characteriza tion of the typical debris flow due to glacial lake outburst, the formation process and conditions of the disaster-chain. Re- gional disaster-chain is a chain coupling of internal and external forces. Formation process of the disaster-chain can be di- vided into four stages: induced glacial lake outburst, transformation, the bed blocking river, dam outburst flood. The disaster chain formation conditions are discussed with comparative analysis. Finally, the preventive measures are put for- ward.
