摘 要:目的分析制鞋企业外来工职业倦怠的影响因素。方法采用完全随机抽样的方法,从东莞市某制鞋企业抽取2 326名外来工,采用工作倦怠调查表进行调查。采用SPSS 15.0统计软件分析职业倦怠的影响因素。结果多元线性回归分析结果表明,工龄、身体健康状况、面对工作压力态度、工作压力缓解能力、工作强度、工作环境安全性、对劳动条件满意度均是情感耗竭的独立影响因素(P<0.05);年龄、身体健康状况、面对工作压力态度、工作岗位、对劳动条件满意度、收入水平均是人格解体的独立影响因素(P<0.05);年龄、身体健康状况、面对工作压力态度、工作压力缓解能力、工作岗位、对劳动条件满意度、收入水平均是个人成就感下降的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄、工龄、身体健康状况、面对工作压力的态度、工作压力缓解能力、工作岗位、工作强度、工作环境安全性和对劳动条件满意度是工作倦怠的主要影响因素。Objective To analyze the current status of job burnout and the influencing factors in migrant workers in a shoemaking enterprise. Methods 3 000 employees were investigated with the general questionnaire and job burnout ques- tionnaire by completely randomized sampling methods. The data was analyzed using EpiData and SPSS 15. 0. Results Multiple linear regression analysis results indicated that working-age, physical health condition, the attitude to job strain, the ability to ease job stress, work intensity, safety of work environment and satisfaction for the working conditions were the independent factors for the emotional exhaustion level ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; and that age, physical health condition, the attitude to job strain, the ability to ease job stress, working post, satisfaction for the working conditions and income level were the independent factors for the depersonalization level ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; while age, physical health condition, the attitude to job strain, the ability to ease job stress, working post, satisfaction for the working conditions and income level were the inde- pendent factors for the personal achievement level ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The main influencing factors of job burnout include age, working-age, physical heahh condition, the attitude to job strain, the ability to ease job stress, working post, work intensity, safety of work environment and satisfaction for the working condition and so on.
