2006—2009年某三甲中医院住院死亡患者情况分析

摘　　要：目的:了解某三甲中医院住院患者的死亡情况,为推进医院管理工作提供数据支持。方法:对2006年6月至2009年6月某三甲中医院所有住院患者的病历资料,从中摘录死亡患者,建立数据库进行相关统计。结果:2006—2009年该院死亡患者男性病死率高于女性,老年组病死率高于中青年组,前三位死亡病种依次为呼吸衰竭、脑出血和循环衰竭。结论:应根据住院死亡患者的死亡特征和死因顺位加强重点疾病的管理工作,提高医疗水平,做好预防保健知识的健康宣传,以促进医院资源的优化配置。Objective： To offer data support for promoting hospital management by knowing the death of inpatients in TCM hospital of grade 3A. Method： Medical records of all the inpatients in TCM hospital of grade 3A from June, 2006 to June, 2009 were entered and the conditions of the death were picked to build the database. Result： Male mortality was higher than that of the female from 2006 to 2009 in the hospital, senile patients were more than the young and middle-aged patients in mortality, the top three kinds of lethal diseases were respiratory failure, cerebral hemorrhage and circulatory failure. Conclusion： Management of important diseases should be enhanced according to the features of death inpatients and the sequence of death, we should also improve medical ski/lls and launch health education for the knowledge of prevention and health care to optimize resources allocation.
