蜡疗技术在风湿寒性关节痛患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察石蜡疗法在风湿寒性关节痛治疗中的疗效。方法:将84例风湿寒性关节痛患者分为治疗组44例与对照组40例,对照组采用常规治疗方法,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上采用蜡疗法,7天为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后比较2组疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.18%,对照组为80.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:石蜡疗法治疗风湿寒性关节痛疗效优于常规疗法,且简单易行,可反复应用。Objective： To observe curative effects of wax therapy in the treatment for arthodynia of wind-dampness-cold pattern. Method： All 84 patients were allocated to 44 cases in the treatment group and 40 cases in the control group. The control group received routine therapy and the treatment group wax therapy, seven days were one course of treatment and therapeutic effects of both groups were compared after treating for three courses of treatment. Result： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.18%, superior to 80.00% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Curative effects of Wax therapy are better than routine treatment for arthodynia of wind-dampness-cold pattern, which is simple, feasible and could be used repeatedly.
