摘 要:吸音板具有吸声广谱高效、耐水耐火、无纤维、健康环保等诸多优点,市场对它的需求量越来越大,而目前吸音板的布料主要靠人工,劳动强度大,生产效率低,因此机械化、智能化的布料机设计迫在眉睫。为了设计出这种布料机,运用功能分析法分析了吸音板布料机的总功能,然后进行功能分解,对分解后的分功能进行求解,将这些解组成形态学矩阵,得到原理方案,再对这些方案进行评价,最终选择了吸音板旋转式布料机。这种布料机已经在吸音板自动生产线上得到了应用,而且工作稳定可靠,从而验证了功能分析法的科学性与合理性。Sound-absorbing panels have the advantages of efficient sound absorption of broad spectrum, water and fire- resistance, no fiber, health and environmental protection. The growing market demands for it are bigger and bigger. The spreader part of the sound-absorbing panels mainly relies on manual labor, which is intensive and the efficiency is very low. So the design of intelligent and mechanical sound-absorbing panels spreader is imminent. In order to design the spreader, the total function of the spreader is analyzed and is decomposed into sub-function which is corresponded with some solutions. These solutions are made up of morphological matrix. And some principle schemes are obtained and evaluated approximately. Finally, a rotary spreader is selected. This spreader machine has been applied in the automatic production line of the sound- absorbing panels, which verifies that the method of functional analysis is scientific and reasonable.
