摘  要:根据某挖掘机提供的发动机参数计算了发动机排气噪声基频,设计出一种阻抗复合消声器,并运用数值分析的方法对消声器的声场与流场进行了分析;对消声器建立了数值仿真模型,用声学有限元方法对其内部声场进行了仿真,分析了该消声器内部的声压分布特性和传递损失曲线;再采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对内部气体的流动特性进行了仿真分析,仿真计算得到消声器的入口与出口的压力损失。该仿真分析表明设计的消声器不仅具有良好的消声效果,而且还能满足压力损失要求。数值分析方法较为准确的模拟了消声器的性能,为消声器设计提供了参考依据。With parameters of an excavator engine provided, the fundamental frequency of exhaust noise of the engine is calculated. A n impedance composite muffler is designed, and the sound field and flow field of muffler is analyzed by using the numerical analysis method. A numerical simulation model of the muffler is established and its internal sound field is simulated by acoustic finite element method. The sound pressure distribution and transmission loss curve are analyzed. Finally internal flow field is simulated with CFD method to carry out the aerodynamics performance of the muffler. The simulation calculates the pressure loss of the muffler. The simulation results show that the designed muffler not only has a good silencer effect, but also meets the requirements of the pressure loss. Using the numerical analysis to predict the performance of the muffler is accurate, which can be used as reference for design of muffler.
