摘  要:进气支管的作用是将洁净的空气均匀分配到各缸进气道,进气支管的长短和直径影响进气阻力和进入气缸的空气量,从而影响燃料在发动机气缸内的燃烧。以发动机进气支管的长度和直径为设计变量,以提升发动机的动力性、经济性和排放特性为优化目标,应用BOOST发动机仿真软件建立柴油发动机仿真模型,分析进气支管的长度和直径对发动机充量系数、动力性指标、经济性指标和排气品质的影响。通过仿真试验分析,确定其结构参数优化设计方案,从而实现发动机进气支管的优化设计。The clean air was evenly distributed to intake port of each cylinder by the intake manifold, the air resistance and amount into the cylinder were impacted by the intake manifold length and diameter, thus affecting the combustion of fuel in engine cylinders. The intake manifold well designed could improve engine performance. The engine intake manifold length and diameter were selected as the optimization variables, aiming at improving the engine power, economy and emission quality. The diesel engine simulation model was established based on BOOST software to optimize coefficient of charging air, power, economy and emission of engine. Its structure parameter was designed and selected by simulation analysis and the optimization method of intake manifold of engine was built.
