摘 要:以DVG850立式加工中心床身为研究对象,采用SolidWorks软件对V字加强筋形式的床身进行三维建模,通过专有程序接口将模型导入到ANSYS Workbench软件中。利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对该床身进行静力学分析和模态分析,根据分析结果了解其静、动态特性。然后应用ANSYS Workbench中的拓扑优化模块对床身V字加强筋的床身结构进行优化和改进,经过分析可以得到优化后的床身静动态性能都有所提高,而且将原床身的质量减轻了19.1kg。另外,对改进的床身进行了谐响应分析,分析结果与模态分析一致。The bed of DVG850 vertical machining center is seen as a research object, using SolidWorks software to achieve a three-dimensional modeling of V-shaped stiffener forms of reinforced lathe bedstructure , and a proprietary program integrace will model into ANSYS Workbench software. The static analysis and modal analysis of the Worktable are done by means of ANSYS Workbench. The static and dynamic characteristics are understood according to the calculation results. And then by applying ANSYS Workbench in topology optimization module on its V word stiffener the lathe bed structure is optimized and improve& After the analysis it can be obtained that after optimization the static and dynamic peCormance are improved, and the original body mass is reduced by 19.1kg. Besides, harmonic response analysis of improved lathe bed is carried out, the results of the analysis coincided with the modal analysis.
