摘 要:选用带有背叶片结构的IH100-65-250化工离心泵为计算模型,利用SolidWorks对五种不同背叶片与盖板间隙δ的三维实体进行分组建模,基于RNG k-ε湍流模型和SIMPLE算法,对离心泵的轴向力和水力性能进行数值模拟.数值模拟所得到的F-δ曲线与试验结果吻合较好,验证了计算方法的准确性.研究表明:背叶片与盖板的间隙大小对离心泵的轴向力和水力性能有一定的影响,随着间隙的增大,效率和扬程都降低,轴向力先减小后增大;间隙过小时,离心泵内会产生与原方向相反的轴向力;为了使离心泵能够获得最佳的轴向力和水力性能,背叶片端部与盖板的间隙δ的合理取值范围为(0.8~1.2)mm.The IH100-65-250 chemical centrifugal pump with back blade was selected to be the numerical model. On the basis of the RNG k-ε turbulence model and SIMPLE calgorithm, the performance of axial force of the centrifugal pump with different gaps between back blade and cover plate were simulated. The trend of simulated F-8 curves were consistent with the experimental data, in addition, the accuracy of numerical simulation was also verified. The results showed that the gap between back blade and cover plate exercises a great influence on the pelfoce of axial force and hydraulic, the efficiency and head are reduced, the axial force decreases first and then increases with the gap increases; when the gap is too small, centrifugal pump will produce oppositive axial force; in order to obtain the best pegCormance of axial force and hydraulic, the reasonable value of the gap is (0.8-1.2)mm.
