摘 要:首先,阐述了我国生产制造业中的主要现存问题及物流仿真技术在车间布局规划中的重要作用。介绍了DELMIA/QUEST软件的性质及其主要组成要素和竞争优势。通过对计算机仿真模型原理内容的详细分析,确定了包含七个步骤的装配车间物流仿真分析方案。根据二维工艺布局图,建立了装配车间物流仿真的三维物理模型及物料运输逻辑连接。最后,通过年度计划纲领下的配送方案设计及转运设备利用率分析,验证了物流仿真技术在装配车间工艺规划过程中的实用性和可靠性。Firstly, the primary existing problems in production manufacturing in our country and the important role that logistic simulation technology played in workshop layout planning were analyzed. The characteristics of DELMIA/QUEST and its main elements and competitive advantages were introduced. The assembly workshop logistic simulation analysis program containing seven steps was designed by the detailed analysis of computer simulation model principle contents. And then, the 3D logistic simulation physical models and material handling logical connections of the assembly workshop were built according to the 2D process layout. Finally, based on the distribution program design and transit equipment utilization analysis it achieved annual production program, and the practicality and reliability of the logistic simulation technology in the assembly workshop process planning was verified.
