摘　　要：文章分析新西兰国家碳排放交易计划的基本背景和总体情况，总结归纳出新西兰林业加入碳市场的主要做法、具体规则、创新政策，以及实施成效，对进一步研究推进我国林业碳汇交易具有启示意义。On the basis of an analysis of the basic background and the overall situation of the Emission Trading Scheme, this paper gives a detailed description of main practices, specific rules and policies innovation as well as its ef- fect about New Zealand forestry in the Emission Trading Scheme. It has important significance to further research and promote China＇ s forestry carbon sequestration trade in the near future.
