摘  要:通过FTIR、DSC、XRD等研究了环氧树脂E44对低熔点聚酰胺6(LPA6)复合材料的结晶行为、力学性能、熔体流动性能及耐热性能的影响。结果表明:随着环氧树脂E44含量的提高,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和缺口冲击强度均先增大后减小,在E44含量为3%时,均达最大值,分别为89.41 MPa、95.06 MPa和7.98 kJ/m2。复合材料的维卡软化点先减小再增加,当环氧树脂用量为7份时,达到最小值64.1℃。The effects of epoxy resin E44 on crystallization behavior, mechanical properties, the melt flow properties and thermal properties of low melting point Polyamide 6 (LPA6) composites were investigated by FTIR, DSC, and XRD. The results show that: the tensile strength, bending strength and notched impact strength of composites increase firstly and then decrease with the increasing of the content of E44; and when the content of E44 is 3%, the tensile strength, bending strength and notched impact strength of composites can reach to the maximum, which are 89.41 MPa, 95.06 MPa and 7.98 kJ/m2 respectively. Vicat softening point of composites decreases firstly and then increases; when the content of E44 is 7 phr, the softening point reaches to minimum, is 64.1℃.
