摘　　要：通过分析塑料盖的结构特征,设计出一模四腔三板两开式注塑模具。采用了多层组合活动型芯和斜导柱抽芯弹簧先复位机构,整套模具结构合理,动作可靠,制品脱模顺利;生产的塑件精度高,产品完全达到客户要求,模具结构对同类形状塑件具有一定的参考价值。By analyzing the structure of plastic bonnet, a four-cavity three-plate two-opening type injection mould was designed. The multi-layer movable core and oblique guide pillar core pulling spring prereset mechanism was used. The whole set of injection mould has reasonable structure, reliable action, and it demolds smoothly; and then production which is high precision plastic parts meets customer requirements fully, the structure of the injection mould has a reference value for similar shape plastic parts.
