摘　　要：从文化及文化建设的内涵出发,论述了文化建设的作用。通过分析12家林业科研事业单位文化建设的实践,针对现存问题提出了加强林业科研事业单位文化建设的对策建议。Starting with the connotations of culture and culture construction, tbe function of culture construction was described. By analyzing the practice of culture construction of forestry scientific research institutions, the suggestions to strengthen culture construction of forestry scientific research institutions were. put forward according to the existing problems.
