摘 要:采用片铸工艺和粉末冶金工艺制备烧结(Nd,Pr)29.9-x Lax(Fe,TM)bal B0.98(x=0,1,2,4,6)磁体,研究了La取代量对磁体微观结构、磁性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,La主要进入晶界富稀土(RE)相中,由于氧的富集程度不同,形成了两种不同形态和分布的含La富RE相;与不含La的烧结NdFeB磁体相比,La取代量为1~2wt%的磁体具有良好的综合性能,其晶粒尺寸均匀细小;当La的取代量增加到4wt%以上时,磁体显微组织很不均匀,其密度、磁性能及抗弯强度显著降低。Sintered(Nd,Pr)29.9-x Lax(Fe,TM)bal B0.98(x=0,1,2,4,6) magnets were prepared by powder metallurgy process combining vacuum strip-casting, and effect of La substitution on their microstructure, magnetic properties and bending strength has been investigated. The results show that La mainly enters intergranular RE-rich phase. With different content of oxygen, the RE-rich phase containing La forms two different shapes and distribution characteristics.Compared with magnet without La, magnet with 1~2wt% La substitution for Nd has fine grain and homogeneous microstructure, and resultantly, exhibits satisfactory comprehensive properties. When x≥4 the microstructures of the magnets become nonuniform, and its density, magnetic properties and bending strength reduce significantly.
